Job Roles and Responsibilities:
To oversee all Planning & Recruitment activities of seafarers
To liaise with external stakeholders to ensure SRPS license remains valid and required inspections/audits are completed on time. Prepare & participate in the internal & external compliance Audits.
To ensure vessels Safe Manning, P&I certificates related to crew remain valid.
To liaise with external stakeholders i.e. Government agencies, P&I club, ITF, flag states for issues related to seafarers & vessels related to manning
To prepare manning budgets for vessels.
To initiate optimum crew change planning, utilizing PAL system capabilities and considering vessel trading/crew change costs globally. To monitor and report on budget variance.
To manage the New Applicant process through Company website and PAL system, including documentation of personnel to be assigned to the vessel.
