To manage operations for multi units by aggressively pursuing business objectives.
To meet business objectives by understanding key business drivers and use this knowledge to build sales & achieve margin targets.
To Formulate & execute Operation Policies across the brand.
Maintains all sales systems, such as sales records and reports, conference calendar, traces of history and potentials, logs of groups not previously accommodated, and mailing lists.
Maintain up-to-date files on all corporate clients and significant prospects, including copies of correspondence provided to or received from such prospects directly within the PGA’s CRM System.
Assist Marketing Head in preparation of the marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs and annual budget manages within approved plans and budgets.
Attend networking events.
Areas of Responsibility
Thorough understanding of customer needs and ensure that customers receive products and services. Use customer feedback tools & techniques in making decisions and improving restaurant performance. •
Demonstrate principles, leadership & sound business ethics.
Regularly coaching staff to drive performance against objectives, provides ongoing and constructive feedback.
Manage and ensure restaurant Annual Operating Plans are established and expectations met or exceeded.
Brand audit scores, Sales MTD, EBITDA figures.
Review proposed sites for new store opening in partnership with BD.
Training certifications and promotions.
Coordinate facility upgrades or equipment replacement.
Resolve systemic inventory problems or supply issues with suppliers/vendors.
Monitor restaurant Speed of Service (SOS) performance and provides coaching to unit management teams to meet performance targets.
Oversee development and revision of weekly management schedules.
