Sourcing Sea fearers from Ratings Department.
Recruitment of Crew for Ratings, Catering Division from References, advertisement and job portals.
Crew change plan.
Liaising with vessels for day to day queries.
Desired Candidate:
Sourcing for Ratings department for Main Fleet Vessels or Offshore Vessels having experience of 3 to 10 years.
Good Communication Skills
Ability to work under pressure.
